Project Manager Transformation

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to drive our transformation initiatives. In this role, you will support the Head of Business Development, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with strategic goals. You are confident in taking the lead, not afraid to connect with stakeholders, and skilled at setting the right priorities.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management

• Work closely with the Head of Business Development to create and implement a transformation roadmap, turning strategic goals into actionable workstreams;

• Align efforts across operations, sales, marketing, and other functions to optimize transformation from production to brand experience on a global scale;

• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones, ensuring priorities are set and resources are used efficiently.

Tracking & reporting

• Provide regular updates to the Head of Business Development and leadership team, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities;

• Prepare executive summaries outlining key KPIs, financial performance, and project milestones;

• Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor key transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder management

• Serve as the main contact between the Transformation Office and department heads, ensuring clear communication and alignment;

• Organize regular check-ins and workshops with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and maintain progress;

• Manage relationships with external consultants and partners.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Proactively identify and address risks, especially in operational processes;

• Collaborate with teams to resolve challenges and ensure business and brand growth;

• Support the Head of Business Development in adjusting project plans to adapt to changes and maintain progress.

Continuous Improvement

• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and best practices;

• Optimize processes to boost efficiency and support Vlisco’s global goals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in fashion, FMCG or lifestyle industries;

• You speak both Dutch and English;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders;

• Experience in managing complex and multifunctional projects;

• You are able to maintain an overview;

• Data-driven and problem-solving skills.
