ABOUT THE JOB AND ABOUT THE TEAM:

During this internship, you will join the Vlisco Foundation team at Vlisco’s headquarter in Helmond. This department focuses on discovering and developing new opportunities that drive the company’s growth and innovation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing, thinking creatively, and gaining strategic insights within an international context.

You will collaborate with different teams and learn how to support and shape impactful business initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research and build partnerships with NGOs and local partners across Africa;

• Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with board members and key stakeholders;

• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives;

• Assist in the daily operations of the foundation and ensure effective project follow-up;

• Contribute to the design of presentations, reports, and communication materials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in International Business or a related field;

• Proactive and eager-to-learn mindset;

• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);

• Analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Interest in strategy, innovation, and business development;

• Strong communication skills;

• Available for at least 32-40 hours.
