Salary & Secondary Benefits
You receive a 13th month salary, 8% holiday allowance, annual bonus options or profit sharing, and a pension scheme in which Vlisco pays two-thirds of the premium.

Vacation days & ATV
Enjoy 25 vacation days and 13* ATV days per calendar year (based on a full-time position). This allows you to maintain the right balance and continue working with renewed energy.
*Not applicable to roles within the 5-shift system or outside the MITT collective labor agreement.

Travel Allowance
You receive €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one way) or full second-class public transport reimbursement — so you can travel to your creative workplace easily, comfortably, and without worry.

For certain roles, an assessment may be part of the process. If this applies to you, we’ll let you know in advance so you can prepare accordingly.

If your first interview goes well or you successfully complete an assessment, a second interview follows. This is where we explore your skills and experience in more depth and discuss how your talents can thrive at Vlisco.
