HR Manager


Vlisco Netherlands is looking for a new HR Manager. You will support and advice the management within the department Manufacturing and Logistics about operational and tactical HR activities. These activities will be with a focus on Performance and Development, for example behavior, health, development, sustainable employability, performance and employment & labour conditions.

Key tasks

  • Advise management and employees on the field of HR.
  • Help the line-management with their own development and with coaching employees on their performance and development.
  • Identify new trends and developments in the business and translate them in continuous HR-programs.
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, education, health, exit-interviews and other day-to-day HR issues.

Job requirements

What are the required standards?

  • A Bachelor degree in HR or a related education.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience as HR advisor in an industrial surrounding.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws.
  • Proven people-management and change-management skills.
  • Team player and able to work with many different stakeholders.
  • Self-confident and accurate.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
