In this role you ensure the optimal performance of the assigned HR applications (including Afas), by managing and continuously improving the software and functionalities. As soon as you have started in this position, you first work with a specialist and you start making a problem analysis and plan about data-based requests from the HR organization and the business. You’ll work closely with HR, business, and IT. You are successful if you have optimized your Afas knowledge, delivered the HR reports with reliable data and you can work independently.

Key tasks

• You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of correct data reports in the field of HR.
• You can prioritize the many requests you receive from the (HR) organization and the business.
• You will be participating in workgroups to optimize the use of the application.
• You create (standard) reports and analyses, dashboards.
• Together with the supplier, you ensure that links with other applications work.

Job requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business economics or IT. Experience in the field of HR is a plus.
• You have experience with data analysis and reporting.
• You have knowledge of Afas (Insite/Outside), QlikView and other HR applications in the field of Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, etc.
• You are analytical and technical.
• You have a service & customer focussed attitude.
• You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English.
• You are living in the Helmond or Eindhoven region.
