CRM Specialist

As our CRM Specialist within our Digital team you are the centre point of digital communication to our consumers and you will be a driver in the growth of our online shops.

This a new position within our Digital team and a unique opportunity to set-up and develop a professional and global CRM function. The position has a huge learning and growth potential and the opportunity to build and shape the team.


Key tasks:

  • Implement the CRM calendar, aligned with the digital marketing calendar
  • Successfully grow the consumer base and improve conversion
  • Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including copywriting, automation, setting deployment strategies, developing QA process, and tracking KPI’s.
  • Build up the customer database to segment audiences, analyse audience behaviour and improve the quality of the data.
  • Support the implementation of automated journeys for multiple audiences to cultivate relationships and enhance communication with active and inactive prospects and customers
  • Conduct A/B testing to drive lead collection and email performance optimization and apply other CRM techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure the best content is available for increasing campaign impact.
  • Understand and analyse digital marketing KPIs, develop scorecards and report on results to the digital team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine CRM tactics based on metric analysis



Job requirements

Job Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, B2C business, specifically fashion is preferred
  • Solid campaign management experience
  • Organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across functional areas
  • Pro-active self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, particularly email HTML and CSS
  • English and French language (Dutch preferred)
  • Knowledge of work management tools like JIRA and use of Photoshop is preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
