CRM Analyst

As our CRM Analyst within our Digital team you are the centre point of digital consumer insights and digital marketing automation strategies. You will be a driver in the growth of our online shops.

This a new position within our Digital team and a unique opportunity to set-up and develop a professional and global CRM function. The position has a huge learning and growth potential and the opportunity to build and shape the team.

Key tasks:

  • Build up the customer database to analyse audience behaviour, segment audiences to be targeted for campaigns, personalize communications, and improve the quality of the data
  • Successfully grow the consumer base and increase understanding of customer needs to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide valuable insight into our customers’ behaviour at different stages of their relationship with the business
  • Turn data into actionable customer insights to drive more effective marketing
  • Create insight-driven digital marketing automation campaigns that optimise customer lifetime value
  • Develop automated journeys for multiple audiences to cultivate relationships and enhance communication with active and inactive prospects and customers
  • Drive marketing automation and EDM communication across RFM-models of our consumer database
  • Provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns that allow us to continuously adjust and optimise our approach, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment
  • Provide the required input for A/B testing to drive lead collection and email performance optimization and apply other CRM techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics
  • Provide analysis to implement the CRM calendar, aligned with the digital marketing calendar
  • Manage all data aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including, segmentation, targeting, automation, personalization, end-to-end testing , analysis and optimization
  • Understand and analyse digital marketing KPIs, develop scorecards and report on results to the digital team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine CRM tactics based on metric analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement in the tools and techniques used for analysis

Job requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM, analytics and digital marketing, B2C business, specifically fashion is preferred
  • Solid campaign management experience
  • Organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across functional areas
  • Pro-active self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms
  • English language (Dutch and French preferred)
  • Knowledge of work management tools like JIRA is preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
