Creative Administrator

Description

As our Creative Administrator and Coordinator you are the heart of the department when it comes to planning and organisation. You master the complete process of invoicing and the flow of our fashion materials and brand campaign inventory. You will be part of the Brand Content Studio, a team of creatives who create Vlisco’s brand campaigns. You will make sure they excel in their work by making sure all the non-creative work is being managed.


Key tasks

  • Entering invoices into the system
  • Coordinate with finance for payments & tracking of invoices
  • Brand&marketing order desk for fabrics (includes coordinating with various other departments)
  • Manage content team inventory and storerooms
  • Travel & logistics for the content team for shoots and miscellaneous brand projects
  • General administration for the brand content team and creative director

Job Requirements

  • Very accurate and organised
  • Experience in a similar position for 2-5 years, preferable within the creative industry
  • Able to work with both creative and non-creative people
  • Great communicational skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • A natural persuader
  • Master the Dutch and English language
  • MBO or HBO level education
  • A love for the creative process

The work location for this position is Helmond, being present in the office is desired for 4 days a week. This position is available for 32 to 38 hours a week.
