Business Process Analyst

Description

Vlisco Netherlands is looking for a Business Process Analyst. In this role you will work on the transition of a more data driven organization and you will improve and manage the data reporting processes within the Manufacturing Business Unit. In this position you will be a part of our Continuous improvement team.


What are the key tasks?

  • Monitoring the entries in our ERP system of work order transactions from operators and specialists by using controlling reports.
  • Creating and controlling the management reports for manufacturing.
  • Analysing the production data to provide recommendations on improvements.
  • Creating and implementing your proposals for improvements.
  • Supporting the users and being the linking pin between the manufacturing department and IT, with questions and changes related to our ERP system and related reports.

Job requirements

What are the required standards?

  • Being a data driven person and think always in processes.
  • Be able to give guarantees to the data quality.
  • Know how to find potential improvements by analysing data.
  • Have good communication skills to communicate from operator level to management level.


What is your background?

  • University degree or a Bachelor degree with 2 years’ work experience. For example a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • Affinity with data analyses and IT systems.
  • Must have skill in analysis is Excel and BI tool (preferably Qlikview). Knowledge of SQL, Python or R is an advantage.
  • Fluently speak and write in Dutch and English.
