Administrative Officer Procurement 0,5 FTE (temp 1 yr)

Description

In this temporary role you mainly perform administrative work for operational purchasing activities, mainly aimed at the correct handling of the internal purchasing processes and orders.

Key Tasks

  • Entering purchasing data.
  • Analysing and reporting on financial purchasing results.
  • Provide stakeholders with management information.
  • Checking, itemising and analysing information.
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions.
  • Communicating with suppliers.
  • Archiving of one-off, on-demand and other contracts.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • You have an MBO+ degree and/or experience.
  • Possibly supplemented by NEVI 1 or equal.
  • You have 1-3-years’ experience in an international environment/company.
  • Multidisciplinary and multicultural understanding.
  • You have a customer & service-oriented attitude.
  • You have good knowledge of relevant purchasing, logistics manufacturing aspects.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office 365 and ERP skills (i.e. JD Edwards).
  • Dutch and English fluent written and spoken.
